The app is made available to you on an “as in”, “with all faults and “as available” basis.
The application is based on data entered by the user to keep track of any metric.
CounterEvents App makes no claims or promises with respect to the quality, the accuracy or reliability of the app, its security, or its content.
You need to login to use CounterEvents App.
By signing up to CounterEvents App you authorize me to contact you via email in a reactive manner. I will not send unwanted emails but I might contact you directly via email if you send me a feedback or suggestion via the app or if you email me directly.

Why do I need to collect and process some of your data?
If you have already used the app, it will be pretty obvious but to make it clear for everyone, I have designed this app with a business model that lets me generate revenues without having to sell your data or do anything creepy with it. The app only collects and processes some of your data to:
– Generate and present personalized insights for you based on your entry data.
– Improve the app experience by analyzing in-app usage and other important events happening inside the app.

A. Personally identifiable data
Your personal data is not collected from CounterEvents App, it is possible to collect the phone model information to make the app experience possible and make sure you get the best possible support whenever you contact me.
B. Analytics data:
The application saves the events that the user registers and then they are processed to present their statistics, such as the average that occurs daily, monthly or annually.
Where are your data stored?
The data is stored in your account icloud database, in case your phone has any problem, when you log in with your iCloud account, on a new device you will recover the data from this app.
